The ICAMEK Conciliation Model Clause
"In the event of a dispute, controversy, difference or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, including any question regarding its existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach or termination, the parties shall seek settlement of the dispute by conciliation administered by the International Centre for Arbitration and Mediation in Kampala in accordance with International Centre for Arbitration and Mediation in Kampala Conciliation Rules in force at the time of commencement of the conciliation"
