Amina Nasaazi

Amina Nasaazi is an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) practitioner specializing in disputes within the built environment. She serves as the Vice Chairperson of the Young Members Committee at the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) – Uganda Chapter, where she champions the growth of ADR among young professionals. With over a decade of experience in contractual quantity surveying, dispute resolution, and project management, Amina has supported dispute resolution through arbitration, mediation, adjudication, and conciliation across Uganda and Kenya. She is passionate about advancing ADR in the construction industry and mentoring the next generation of dispute resolution professionals in Africa.
