Lydia Proscovia Ochieng-Obbo

Lydia Proscovia Ochieng-Obbo is a seasoned legal practitioner and governance expert with over 40 years of cross-sector experience spanning private practice, central banking, regulatory reform, and corporate advisory. Lydia brings strategic depth and institutional influence. She is a former registered Arbitrator and Mediator with CADER and currently contributes to the ADR ecosystem through her role on the Interim Board of ICAMEK, representing the Private Sector Foundation Uganda. In essence, Lydia operates at the intersection of ADR, governance, and policy — leveraging her expertise to drive sustainable dispute resolution mechanisms within Uganda and the broader East African region.
