Zubedah Namugenyi is an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda, Certified Mediator, Arbitrator, and the Chief Executive Officer of the Muslim Arbitration and Mediation Centre Uganda MAMC(U). She is a passionate voice for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and a firm believer that justice should be accessible, humane, and centred on people, not processes. With over a decade on the Roll of Advocates, Zubedah bridges the worlds of litigation and ADR with rare balance, resolving conflict with empathy while upholding the integrity of the law. A Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb), she also serves on the Advisory Board of the Africa ADR Network and the Advisory Board of ScholarUp Mentoring Academy. As Chief Editor of The Legal Forte Newsletter, she uses storytelling and insight to simplify complex legal ideas and spotlight emerging ADR trends.
